18” S-Hoops

Brand new hoops with 8 holes for an 18” tom. Reminiscent of cast hoops in a lighter version. The special thing about these hoops is that the bent edge bends over the drum. This has several advantages. For example, it is an effective way to make the drumsticks last longer, as a standard triple flange hoop will 'gnaw' a drumstick to a greater extent than these hoops.

The sound is focused like a cast rim, but without too much impact. A great compromise between cast and pressed rims, which however has the disadvantage that microphones cannot be mounted on them.

They look cool! The price is for both.
